Glory Beans Coffee

Why we are "The Best Coffee"

Glory Beans Coffee produces the best coffee in the world. You may ask how we do it. Really, there are three aspects that, when combined together, make us the best. Our beans, our roasting process, and our unmatched freshness give us the competitive edge against other coffee roasters.

Our Beans. Glory Beans Coffee purchases only top quality beans from small coffee plantations worldwide. Each coffee is "cupped" to make sure it meets the highest quality standards within the coffee industry.

The two main cultivated species of the coffee shrub are Coffee Canephora (Robusta) and Coffee Arabica. Robusta tends to be bitter, have fewer flavors (characteristics) and is used as an inexpensive substitute (fillers) in many commercial coffee blends. Arabica coffee is much more suitable for drinking and produces a much better cup. Each regional Arabica coffee is distinctive in its "taste characteristics," such as flavor, aroma, body, and acidity. Glory Beans Coffee only purchases the highest quality Arabica beans.

Our Roasting Process. Each Arabica coffee bean has its own characteristic and has to be roasted accordingly. All coffees go through "cracks" in the roasting process. Coffee can be consumed anytime after the first "crack." Most commercial coffee roasters stop the roasting process shortly after the first "crack" for economical reasons. The longer the bean is roasted the more weight it loses, hence the lighter the roast, the more "weight" in the coffee bean!

Glory Beans Coffee roasts all its coffees just into the second "crack" to allow the bean to release its characteristics, oils, aroma and most importantly - its taste! Such roasting is considered "very tricky" and "very hard to accomplish" and is often confused by the senses. Upon inspection of Glory Beans Coffee one immediately notices many "different color of beans." This is our normal roasting process. Glory Beans Coffee will taste distinctly different because of our unique roasting process.

Our Freshness. Glory Beans Coffee only roasts to "order." Glory Beans Coffee never roasts for inventory. Indeed, many coffee roasters roast fresh daily, unfortunately they roast for inventory. They place their "fresh" beans on the top of the old beans. Glory Beans Coffee never roasts for inventory. When you order, we roast and ship.

Bottom Line. If you can find another coffee roaster making this promise, buy their coffee. If your roaster cannot make this promise, try Glory Beans Coffee. We promise freshness.
